Piękne mieszkanie, tak komfortowe i nowoczesne, bardzo przyjazne osiedle, blisko centrum, a tak dużo zieleni wokół. Wydaje się, że jest tu bardzo bezpiecznie... To tylko niektóre z opinii, jakie słyszałam o moim nowym mieszkaniu, które urządzałam z pietyzmem i dużą starannością o każdy szczegół.

Mieszkanie znajduje się na osiedlu Eldorado w Parku Lotników (obok Park AWF).
Osiedle jest zamknięte, monitorowane i strzeżone przez ochronę.

Mieszkanie 2 pokojowe.

Z osiedla jest wyjście bezpośrednie do Parku Lotników, gdzie można się wyciszyć. Wyjście z osiedla bezpośrednio do nacieszyć oczy zielenią otaczających drzew.

Bardzo dobra komunikacja w każdą stronę Krakowa: do centrum ok. 15 min komunikacja miejska, ścieżka rowerowa, pieszo to ok. 35 min.

Mieszkanie zaprojektowane i urządzane przez dekoratora wnętrz w stylu nowoczesnym, w jasnych i pastelowych kolorach. Meble wykonane na zamówienie z drewna i lakobelu, podłoga pokryta jasnymi deskami w kolorze mlecznego dębu.

And in such a pleasant housing estate!", "It's so close to the city centre, and yet there is so much greenery around...", "And it feels so very safe here." - these are just a few opinions I have heard about my new apartment, which I have been decorating meticulously and with utmost care about every little detail. At the time, it seemed that we were going to stay here for a very long time, perhaps even forever. However, we have lived here only for a year.

The apartment is situated in the "Eldorado" housing estate in Park Lotników (The Aviators' Park). The estate is enclosed, guarded, and camera-monitored. 2 rooms + kitchen + bathroom + balcony. Each room can be accessed from the hall.

From the living room you can step out into the balcony.

The estate also has a direct entrance into the park, where the birds' singing and the greenery will help you unwind and relax.

The area is well connected to all parts of Kraków; you can quickly get to the city center using the public transport (15 minutes) or by foot (35 minutes); there also is a convenient bike lane.

The apartment designed and furnished in a modern style by an interior designer, using bright and pastel colours; the furniture of wood and lacobel made to order; milk oak parquet floors.
