Rental cost: PLN 7,500. / month Fee for a parking space in the building at level +1: PLN 250/month. Administrative fees: currently: PLN 1,600/month (including advance payments for water and central heating). In case of higher consumption, the tenant is obliged to settle the underpayment.
Electricity fee: currently: PLN 200/month.
Internet on your own, there is fiber optic in the building.
Occasional lease agreement with signing a notarial form of submission to enforcement.
